AMBLER BASEBALL HAS A NEW U12 TRAVEL TEAM

Thanks to Scott Miller, Alex Condeelis and the entire AJB Board of Diretors for encouranging this to happen.

This team (boys 12 and under)  has been granted an amazing home field in Ambler (Knights Park). We have been fixing up that field for 2 weeks now and by Spring 13 it will be an incredible little Baseball Park.
We will use this field and can play/practice there any/every day of the week.

Ambler Junior Baseball is taking steps to rejoin the Montco Travel Baseball League for the 2013 season. Along with tournament play and a few trips to Aberdeen, MD to the Ripken Baseball facility.
Ambler Baseball is allowed to pull kids from Upper Dublin (that did not make or did not try out for the UD travel program) Ambler Borough, Whitpain, Wissahickon, and Lower Gwynedd..

AJB has put in inquiries with both Suburban league travel program (which is 17 teams) and Montco league (which would be 8 teams if AJB joins..)

Ambler Junior Baseball is also holding the only Ripken Baseball charter allowed for zip codes 19034, 19002 and 19025. which is critical going forward into the next 3-4 years for the coaches that follow into the program AJB is building.

This team has also booked and confirmed this team to play in a RIPKEN Tournament in the Aberdeen facility (www.ripkenbaseball.com--where they play the Ripken u12 World Series..) over Spring Break 2013.
"We will decide on a few other tournaments and another trip to Ripken later in the year and through the summer. We anticipate a high level of baseball in all these leagues."

This team will be conducting tryouts indoors at The Ambler Baseball Academy in December and January...Finalizing the team shortly there after. You MUST NOT TURN 13 yrs old before May 15th to be eligible. The Team is planning on having a roster of 12 players. AJB (Ambler Junior Baseball) is supporting  as many kids as possible. We will boost their playing experience through age 12 and 13 seasons...critical years to becoming a lifelong participant and fan of the game.
