Ambler Police Reports: Assault and Robbery in Ambler
Police incident reports for Ambler Borough Police.
Harassment – Curtis Walton, 50 years of age of the unit block of Orange Ave. was cited on Oct. 22 at 6:15 p.m., for Harassment after police responded to McDonald’s, 119 W Butler Ave. for a disturbance call. Walton was transported to the station where he was cited and released.
Robbery - On Oct. 21, at 9:48 p.m., police responded to the parking lot of the CVS Store for the report of a robbery and assault. Victim stated that she was assaulted and robbed in a lot in the 200 block of Lindenwold Ave., and one subject was inside the CVS. Michael Lilly, 19 yrs of age of the unit block of North St. was located and taken into custody. The other subject, Savannah Secoolish, 18 yrs of age, also of the unit block of North St. was located behind the residence and taken into custody. Victim reported Lilly asked her to meet him in the rear lot of a business in the 200 block of Lindenwold Ave. On arrival she was pulled out of her vehicle where she was robbed of $793 and assaulted. Lilly and Secoolish were arraigned before Judge Patricia Zaffarano and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of cash bail on Robbery, Assault, Conspiracy and related charges.
Public Drunkenness – Cody Gardella, 21 yrs of age of the 100 block of N Main St. was cited for Public Drunkenness on Oct. 21, after police responded to location for a domestic and unwanted subject. Gardella was transported to the station where he was lodged until sober.
Vandalism – A resident of the 300 block of E Butler Ave. reported on Oct. 18 that his Dodge van had been vandalized sometime within the past five days. The front of his vehicle, and the passenger side were keyed.
