Centre Square Fire Co. Makes Duckling Rescue
Firefighters saved 11 ducklings trapped in Whitpain Township.
Firefighters from Centre Square Fire Company rescued 11 ducklings from a sewer drain Thursday, May 11, just off Township Line Road.
The mother duck had left without the ducklings that had been caught in the drain.
"It was a team effort," said fireman Bob Gannon.
