Annodyne has a lot to celebrate.
To celebrate moving into their new location, at 751 Arbor Way in Blue Bell, Annodyne held a party at the new headquarters. They also celebrated the company’s 11-year anniversary. Annodyne was formerly separated in two offices located just down the street from their new office, along Union Meeting Road. The move, the anniversary, and a re-branding of the company, also allowed for the company to grow by four more employees. Annodyne staff welcomed vendors and clients into their new offices. The new brand, and the agency’s new tagline, “Change the Conversation,” was applied to the new space, with glass windows that run the length of the space, a library with an interesting selection of books and bric-a-brac that makes the work space feel like…

Montgomery County Commissioners Josh Shapiro and Leslie Richards joined State Representative Matt Bradford (D-70) and non-profit and business representatives on the steps of the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown on Thursday to denounce cuts to health and human services in the proposed Pennsylvania state budget for 2012-13. Referencing the recent controversy over Governor Tom Corbett's statement that Pennsylvania women who didn't want to see a pre-abortion ultrasound should "close their eyes," Shapiro claimed that Corbett had "closed his eyes" to the plight of "the most vulnerable [people] in Pennsylvania." "We're here to say to Governor Corbett and our friends in the legislature, open your eyes to the reality of what a 20 percent …

Half-price frappuccinos is back, beginning May 4 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., through May 13
Frappuccino Happy Hour returns to local Starbucks stores beginning May 4, with half-price frappucinos from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Local stores have brought back a summer favorite, the mocha coconut frappuccino and are introducing the brand new mocha cookie crumble. What’s a mocha cookie crumble frappucchino? Mocha, vanilla, Frappuccino chips, blended with coffee and milk and topped with chocolate whipped cream (seriously) and cookie crumbs. You can order a frappuccino off the menu (coffee, mocha, caramel, strawberry crème), or create your own decadent drink (I like a “black and white” frappuccino – half mocha and half white mocha, so its not too, too sweet.) Frappucino Happy Hour runs through May 13 at your local Starbucks!

I use Otterbox ($49), and in spite of dropping it in the street at fire and crime scenes all over the area, it's still in pristine condition when I take it out of the case. Cellhelmet sounds like a great alternative for the more serious clutzes though. :)   more ›
