Community Update

Terrible customer service! They will lie to you just to get a commission. Was promised a lower premium for adding an additional policy only to find out that after everything had been signed, they lied. If you try to alter information or make policy changes they will advise you they have done it without ever doing so. They don't know the first thing about good quality customer service. Stay far away from this agency, anyone will treat you better. Their rates are outrageous as well. I was being charged almost $200.00/mo for a policy with them... I am now paying $82/month for better coverage and lower deductibles then I had with them.
