Ambler Patch: When did you open your business?

 Chamaeleon Boutique opened its doors on February 3, 2008.

AP: Who is your ideal client or customer?

CB: Our ideal customer is someone who wants a friendly,  personal shopping experience to find unique gifts and accessories for themselves, their friends and their loved ones.

AP: What makes your business unique from others in your field?  

CB: We pride ourselves in a warm, inviting and personal shopping experience.  We take the time to find our favorite and most unique gifts and accessories that currently in trend and in style and bring those to Ambler. Our store is conveniently located next to the central parking lot in Ambler, allowing our customers to get in and out with no hassle.

AP: What made you decide to open a business?

CB: I (Rosa) work as a Pharmacist at Target Pharmacy, and have been a pharmacist since 1999. My dream was to  own a boutique and constantly talked about it with my family and friends, even while taking pharmacy classes. I fell in love with Ambler's unique small town atmosphere, and found a great location right next to one of the most convenient parking lots in Ambler near the center of town. I decided to follow my dream and open my own unique boutique with my sister Ani (who is also an engineer) and with our two unique styles Chamaeleon became a reality. 

AP: What’s your most popular item?

CB: Our Alex & Ani Expandable Bangles 

AP: What makes your community special?

CB: Ambler is a great, walkable small town with a lot of character.  From the theater, to the playhouse to the great restaurants, easy public transportation, great spas, many unique salons and small retail shops, it has something to offer for everyone.  I’d love to see even more unique shopping venues in town as it grows.
