Thirteen Properties Up for Sheriff’s Sale in the Ambler Area

More than 440 properties are on the list for next Wednesday’s Montgomery County sheriff's sale, including 13 from Ambler, Whitpain and Lower Gwynedd.

Since many of the sales are often postponed during the process of a tax sale or foreclosure, check the list below to make sure individual properties will actually go on the block on March 27.

Sales start at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Courthouse, Swede and Airy Streets in Norristown.

There is a minimum total bid amount that must be exceeded for each property to sell. And the winning bidder must have 10-percent of the sale price at the auction, with the remaining portion due within 10 days of the sale.

The properties are not available for inspection prior to the sale. More information is available on Montgomery County's website.

• 21 ORANGE AVE
• 316 PLEASANT ACRES DR

These are the properties listed in Lower Gwynedd:

• 915 N BETHLEHEM PIKE
• 304 LLEWELLYN RD
• 5 HUNTERS RUN DR
• 411 BROOKSIDE AVE

These are the properties listed in Whitpain:

• 215 OAK ST
• 241 TULIP TREE CT
• 1240 SILO CIR
• 67 HIGH GATE LN
• 670 MAPLE HILL DR
