Celebrate the miracle of childbirth! Come and experience a Yoga class as an excellent way to maintain a strong and centered mind and body during the joys and challenges of pregnancy, labor and motherhood. Practicing Yoga in pregnancy helps mom to bond with her baby, helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension and maintain good posture. Prenatal yoga also teaches you to relax on command and keep a positive outlook while clearing the mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and life with your new baby.
In our classes we teach yoga exercises that help prepare you for labor, delivery and motherhood as well as breathing techniques you can use in labor. Come and connect with yourself, your baby and other moms as you embark on this exciting journey (A doctors note/permission is required & you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant to join the class)
