Spring Break Fun Days!

Spring Break has never been this much FUN! Participants will enjoy a different program both days. Visiting instructors will run a half-day program (9am - 12pm) making each day fun, exciting, and activity-filled! After kids eat lunch at noon, we will play even more games and do a craft until parents pick-up at 3 p.m.

Per day: $50 R / $55 NR
Both days: $90 R / $100 NR

Additional $5 per day for lunch option. Includes chips, lemonade, and choice of pizza or hot dog. Parents should pack a snack and all participants should bring a water bottle.

Programs will be held in Whitpain Township Building Meeting Rooms and Wentz Run Park.

Thursday, April 17
USSI, Multi-sports
Featuring four popular children’s sports: soccer, lacrosse, flag football and basketball. Promotes learning, sportsmanship, and teamwork in a positive, fun environment for all levels and abilities!

GeoVentures, Hunger Games
The games are about to begin and you have been chosen as the tribute to represent your district. In preparation, you will learn to move stealthily through the forest, build natural shelters, camouflage yourself, navigate the outdoors, and track one another. If you enjoyed The Hunger Games series then you will definitely enjoy this camp!

Friday, April 18
Mad Science, Rocketry and Flight
A wonderful mix of conceptual and hands-on learning introduces students to the basics of aerodynamics. Kids will learn about the forces that affect flying machines and will build a football glider, a Delta Dart, and a loop-flying stunt plane. Children will also build their own Estes model rocket. For the grand finale, kids will witness a thrilling outdoor rocket launch in the park!

Theatre Horizon, Storytellers Workshop
After some warm-up games, the teachers will read a well-known story with the group and then, working as an ensemble, the students figure out how to turn it into a play.
