Kitty Cottage Hosting 10th Anniversary Gala

The no-kill cat adoption center on Johnson Highway is celebrating with great food, live music, dancing and more.

Kitty Cottage is inviting all "party animals" to come out to celebrate the adoption center's 10th anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 8, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Empress Room at . Tickets are $55 per person. 

Kitty Cottage is planning a night of "fabulous food, live music, dancing, door prizes and a basket auction." 

Kitty Cottage is a no-kill, cage-free adoption center for homeless cats where the cats can enjoy lounging on comfy chairs, cat trees and condos while the wait for visitors to give them the love they crave.

"We get a lot of visitors that just come to hang out," Kitty Cottage Manager Shelli DeFazio recently told The Times Herald. "It's good for them and it’s good for the cats. Volunteers from health care facilities come in and spend time with the cats, and it’s therapy for them."
