A cupcake bakery, sushi restaurant, Taquería, running store, pet supplies store, gourmet cheese shop, unique furniture/antique store, book store (with a resale option), toy store, bike shop.....

I agree! Cupcake bakery! (Yum!) Sushi restaurant would also be welcomed in my tummy!

A good old fashioned independent book store, or a restaurant specializing in simple but home made soups....with sandwiches or salads.
