Death Notice: Elizabeth Mary Stokker, 76, Aramark Secretary

Stokker passed away Monday from complications of Lewy Body Dementia.

Elizabeth Mary Stokker, 76, of Gwynedd Valley, PA passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Elms of Cranbury, Cranbury, NJ.
The cause of death was Lewy Body Dementia.
Mrs. Stokker was born in Lebanon, NH on January 20, 1937, the daughter of Leslie R. Ladd, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Peck) Ladd. She was a graduate of Burlington College and was employed by Aramark Corporation World Headquarters in Philadelphia for 20 years, where she worked as an Executive Secretary for corporate officers.  After she retired, she did temp work as an executive secretary for McNeil Pharmaceuticals in their executive department.
Elizabeth was an active volunteer with the American Red Cross and enjoyed working with donors at blood drives.  Elizabeth loved to travel and visited over 26 countries with her husband Gerald Stokker.  Together they enjoyed working in their local community theatre, she as a prop artist and he as a supporting actor.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed water aerobics and Tai Chi.
Her first marriage to Stephen Brannan ended in divorce.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Gerald Stokker of Gwynedd Valley, PA; her daughter Sharon and her husband David Stockwell of Westfield, NJ; a son, Michael and his wife Jocelyn Brannan of Temicula, CA; and four grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony, Andrew and Caroline.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Donations in lieu of flowers may be made either to the Alzheimer’s Association, or your local Hospice Organization.  Arrangements were entrusted to the Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick, NJ.
