Jesse E. Tucker, 80, formerly of Horsham Township and a recent resident of Spring House Estates in Lower Gwynedd, died Oct. 7, per a tribute on The Intelligencer.
Tucker, a father of three, served in the U.S. Army in Germany and had a long career with the Department of Defense, per the tribute. Tucker was a graduate of Temple University and U.S. Army War College.
Tucker and his wife were known for hosting annual summer picnics for their family.
