Dog bite

On Sunday, January 19th, approximately 9 am, my father was walking my dog at the Wissahickon Middle school track, when she was bit by another dog. This dog, which appeared to be a short haired German pointer, was off its leash while its owner was running around the track. When he went to confront this woman, she ran to her car with her dog and refused to acknowledge my father or what her dog did. She was driving a dark blue or black Audi convertible. My dog is ok... she had a small puncture on her ear, and is now on an antibiotic. If you have any information on who this woman is or can identify this dog, please contact the Lower Gwynedd Police department. People really need to take responsibility for their pets!!!
