Morrisville Man With Alleged Multiple Aliases Nabbed on False ID in Whitpain
William Mulgahy, 37, of Old Bristol Pike, allegedly told police he was David W. Callison during a traffic stop.
A Morrisville, PA man wanted in Bucks County and Philadelphia was nabbed by Whitpain Township Police Dec. 20, after the man allegedly gave police a fake name during a traffic stop.
On Dec. 20, at 10:12 p.m., an officer stopped a van that was pulling a trailer in the 800 block of DeKalb Pike for a traffic violation, police said.
The driver allegedly identified himself as David W. Callison, 48, and told police he did not have his driver's license with him, police said.
Officers were able to determine that Callison really was William Mulgahy, 37, of the 1200 block of Old Bristol Pike, Morrisville, police said.
Police said Mulgahy had multiple aliases and was wanted in two counties.
At 5:45 a.m. Dec. 21, Mulgahy was released to Bucks County Sheriff's Department, police said.
