Penllyn Man Arrested for Whitpain Burglaries
Leroy Noel Goins, of Penllyn, was arrested for burglaries in Whitpain Township.
Leroy Noel Goins, 45, of Penllyn, was arrested on July 27 and charged with burglary in connection with a June 11 burglary that occurred on the 300 block of West Maple Ave. in the West Ambler section of the township.
Norristown Police arrested Goins on July 16 in that municipality with the warrant that had been issued.
According to the Ambler Gazette , “Charges are also pending against Goins for burglaries July 2 at two residences at the Graystone Apartments.”

Whitpain police are looking at approximately four other burglaries in the area that they believe Goins may have been involved in.
Goins is being held at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
