Upskirt Ambler Photographer Gets Two Years' Probation, $200 Fine

Brian Bailey, 51, of North Spring Garden Street, had more than 70 photos and videos that focused on peeping up the skirts of unsuspecting women.

An Ambler man who took more than 70 upskirt photos of women with his cell phone received a sentence of two years' probation and a $200 fine for his crimes.
Brian Bailey, 51, of the 300 block of North Spring Garden Street, took photos up the skirt of a woman as she used the ATM outside Ambler Savings Bank, and again while the woman was inside the bank, per The Intelligencer.
Bailey was captured on bank surveillance video sneaking up behind a woman and taking photos and video between her legs, up her skirt, per the article.
Bailey told authorities he began taking upskirts after he was urged on by a bisexual ex-girlfriend seeking sexual gratification, police said.
