Wissahickon High School graduate Tom Sweeney, a senior sport management major in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance, was named team captain of the Ithaca College men's basketball team for the 2013-14 season.
Ithaca College has 27 varsity intercollegiate athletic teams and competes in NCAA Division III as a member of the Empire 8 conference.
