A Blue Bell, Whitpain man was charged with theft in Avalon, NJ after allegedly getting busted in a "bait bicycle" sting by police.
Police in Avalon charged Matthew Marcinek, 28, with theft of movable property.
Marcinek is accused of stealing a police-owned bicycle, according to ShoreNewsToday.com. Officers placed the bicycle at 27th Street and Ocean Drive, according to a report.

Marcinek is among the five people suspected of stealing bikes in the sting. Marcinek is required to appear at the district court at a later date.
